I have always got an appointment within a reasonable time, and the staff have been nothing but helpful.

Signed up as soon as i moved here 2005 wouldn't go anywhere else. The reception staff look after me so well both on the telephone and in person and are so helpful. The nurse is amazing and I trust her 100%, Dr Barakrishnan is the only Dr I'll see he's brilliant!

Do not register at this GP. They say you should call at 8am. You call at 8am to book an appointment. The phone is forever engaged so you try about another 14 times. You finally get through and the phone rings at 8:10. It then takes 27 rings for someone to pick up, only to then be told that there are no appointments left. You can't book in advance so you are trapped in a loop - of you try again the next day, and the next day and the next day. This has happened almost every time I call this GP to book appointment and I have been with them for 5 years. You're better off going to the AandE. This is not a GP.

The treatment I get from doctor Jordan is second to none and the reception staff and nurses are exceptional
