Always professional, always tend to stay with the same doctor so i cant comment on the other doctors. When needed and emergency appointment the can and will fit you in!!

Why cannot you choose no stars? my experience of this surgery is that they are lacking in any empathy what so ever. I left this surgery this year due to the fact of never being able to get an appointment, But this not the reason for my poor review. My wife and I were leaving the cemetery by the exit gates behind this surgery, next to the church and we could see a lady and a gentleman standing around a man who had collapsed, the lady was on the phone talking to the emergency services. We turned the guy onto his back and could see he had died, we started giving cpr. My wife ran to this surgery to get help and was told that they knew about it, somebody had already been in and told them and we needed to phone an ambulance, my wife explained a ambulance was on its way, what we needed was help with cpr. The receptionist then went to talk to someone else who said we needed to phone a ambulance, my wife had to explain again and finally they said they would send somebody out to help. A lady doctor came to the front desk putting on her coat and then turned around saying she had to get her bag? A good 10 / 15 minutes wasted. The gentleman and I also the lady who was on the phone to the emergency services took turns doing cpr , finally a youngish lady doctor with dark hair came walking down the church path towards us. By now all three of us were getting tired so it was quite a relief to see an experienced doctor. What a joke when I asked her if she wanted to take over doing cpr I could see she didn't really want to and when she did her technique was bad and she kept on laughing every now again , a type of nervous laughter. It was frustrating to watch. So when the ambulance arrived I was quite relieved they did there best but I feel it was to late. Now I have found out this poor man had only just gone to see this youngish doctor with dark hair complaining of chest pains and difficulty breathing to be be sent away with a later appointment with the hospital. Disgusting, if this was a family member of mine I would be looking into this, I feel valuable time was wasted and more could of been done. Poor man......God bless his soul

Awful. No appointments ever. All women doctors I have came across are awful. Marston nearly left my mum die and the other dark short hair in castelles old office, medication review, I'm on anti depressants she asked me how I felt on a meds review, I burst into tears and could not stop!!!! She said are you suicidal? I said no. She said ok, meds review done!!! I'm now off my meds and feel a lot better.

Wait 30 minutes my past your appointment time to be told haven't got time to sort you out please make another appointment. Jokers be speaking to medical council tomorrow.looking for new doctor now what a JOKE
