I have used this post office for years, always had good service. Staff very friendly.
Found the large female staff member totally useless,rude and unhelpful.i needed to top up my electric card,and was informed by co-op staff that the terminals were down in shops and only post office was working.walked into post office bang on 3:00pm and was told she was closing.i explained that I needed electric and the post office terminals were the only ones online.she replied that she was busy and was already late and walked past me to fill up fridges!.it would have taken two minutes to serve me and also if shop is closed lock the doors!!.
Was not impressed. Will use Whitestone post office.
I was in the area and I had to do a last minute postal delivery. Luckily, I found Attleborough Sub Post Office and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. Would recommend in the Coventry/Nuneaton area to use this Post Office. Their Customer Service is absolutely really good. Thank you to the team at Attenborough Sub Post Office for helping me.
First time I've used this post office and the first time an important prescription hasn't turned up. Use to use the one on Arbury road which is now closed and never had a problem with them. This has caused major hassle, will not use again!
