Awful staff, only 1 at the post office and he is ALWAYS trying to sell the expensive service! Once same parcel he quoted me more than a different post office! They never smile it's not hard. They never smile at anyone who isn't white or Hindu Indian!! Fact. The women at the till are useless the middle aged Indian lady with glasses today was rude and not helpful. A big q was waiting for post office and she could've easily taken some on the till but she carried on standing their idly chatting away.

Terrible service, plus they only have one person at the post office, with two members of staff standing behind the other counter, stapling away. Their social distancing measures are ridiculous too, 6 ft became 12, the idea is to keep the flow running smoothly instead of putting pressure on one member of staff, and making people wait.

Don't use for foreign exchange. They are a nightmare and don't keep their word or provide you the correct receipts.
