Always very friendly and helpful, busy post office, and I think the staff have coped well with the covid restrictions, even when you have to a queue outside, it shows they are following the rules. Excellent post mistress always has time for you.

Terrible service, from the lady who happens to be the post mistress. Took an elderly neighbour in to pay some bills a couple of weeks ago. The post mistress was rude and dismissive. Neighbour came away somewhat upset, feeling she had been mocked and belittled in front of other customers. Being polite and respectful to the elderly costs nothing! Given their business keeps you in business you should treat people better. Will certainly avoid using this post office in the future. I would encourage others to think twice as to which local businesses they support; this place should not be one of them!

The Post Mistress is so rude, the way she talks down to me makes me feel as though she has some superiority complex. The Hinckley branch isn't much further away, worth sticking with that one.

Have used this post office a lot over the years. Always used to be helpful. Now they just don't seem to be bothered to help. Telling me different things to the other post offices that I use. Basically saying the others are wrong. I won't be using them again, waste of my time going there.
