Super friendly and helpful. Very clean and COVID-19 conscious. Food delicious. Very reasonable price on lunch menu. Lovely ambience. Definitely recommended!
Went for a meal 6/7, first night of opening since pandemic. Staff were great, since it was all new to them. Friendly service. Great food. Our waitress was great (sorry didn't catch her name). Paper airplanes may jog as to who she was. Thanks everyone you were amazing
Of course, eating out is still an odd experience, compared to 'before'. I was surprised at the number of items on the menu - far more than most other restaurants, but soon found that a few were unavailable. Still, the four of us all found meals that we liked and which were well-presented. First choice of wine was not available, but the alternative, a Pinot Grigio, was good, if a little warm. Staff were quite attentive and friendly. Have been here several times before and will come back.
We just keep going back the food is amazing The pies are extremely tasty customer service is warm and inviting The staff are very pleasant it feels like a home from home. Looking for an excuse to go back.
Following on from my friend Sally Jennings review and your response, we had stated to Hayley that we had just attended my Mother’s Internment so wanted to go somewhere nice for lunch. Also, Gatwick Manor was a favourite of my Mum and Dad’s on a Sunday back in the day. As there was a total of 11 of us we realised we wouldn’t be able to sit at one table. However, there were only 2 people at the bar and one other table of 2 people being used. We were placed on 2 separate tables away from each other yet at our table there was another empty larger table in the same area at least 2 meters away. I realise you have to follow strict Government guidelines but Hayley was something else offering no leeway.
The meal was good but the service very slow, however, other staff polite and helpful.
Not sure when and if I will return.
