This is a real locals pub. It was a Sunday and nothing much was open, then I spotted a Belhaven Best sign at the bottom of the road. Well, after a thirst making tour or Mary Queen of Scots House, we were desperate. Despite the fact it was full of local men having what was probably their usual Sunday afternoon beer, we were made most welcome, even had a wee history lesson 😁. All import, the beer was good!
The people are very friendly and the beer is great.
Friendly locals and a good pint. What more could you ask for? Will be back.
