This practice deserves 5 stars + for their care, expertise and kindness over the 25 years I have been a patient here. I believe they strive to do their best with an ever increasing population with ever increasing medical needs. That’s why they are so busy ! Did you know 8.5 million people live in S.E. England, (up from 7.7 million in 1995) , that’s 1173 people per square mile , we live in the most densely populated region in England ,(outside of London) and the pressure on our NHS is HUGE. Successive governments have failed to invest adding to the pressure on our doctors and nurses and all the surgeries and hospitals NO wonder at times they are overwhelmed. I hope in this covid19 world that we all learn patience , understanding and RESPECT for a group of people serving our community , without whom we simply wouldn’t survive ! So given the situation ask your self what can I do to help and support them ? There is much we can ALL do to take responsibility for staying healthy- you know what I am saying people !

one of the worst place where I have been registered. you don't get the appointment, making call for appointment leed you wait for 40 to 50 minutes. when your call through they give you telephonic consultation after 3 to 4 days, what a joke with the patient who already going through in health issues.

The doctors at Saxonbrook Maidenbower have been great with me,never once did I feel uncomfortable,like they didn't care or rushed.thank you. As for the reception lady that dealt with my prescription(Eastern European,I think),and another young lady who spoke to my wife,they were great,she was warm and welcoming and helped me massively,thanks you guys!
