Have had reason to visit the surgery with my daughter this week. The receptionist was extremely helpful and kind. She made the necessary appointments and we Saw Dr Khan today. What a kind and caring dr he was and a real credit to the surgery! Fantastic surgery
I know covid has changed things a lot, but I feel absolutely violated of my privacy, they have a shield up and still put a barrier while they shout everything out and all the patients can hear. Talking about my personal issues that loud is not okay I wanted to cry I’m going to go into this further.
Regularly call 100+ times at 8am with no answer. Eventually get answered only to be told to call back at 2pm for another attempt at an appointment where the same inevitably happens. Receptionists are regularly rude and unhelpful. Worst doctors surgery I’ve ever been to.
Very disappointed with this medical centre. In my opinion the doctors are undertrained and don’t care about their patients.
Poor service. Receptionist are very unhelpful and impatient. Its impossible to book appointments on the phone as they will always say that there is no free slot. Its better go to hospital wait 5h to get through than call and book appointment with this practice.
