I had a Smear test here a few weeks ago, I was treated with so much respect, there was so much communication, so much conversation and not a single moment of nervousness, I was super comfortable. Brigid is a very very lovely lady and I feel extremely lucky to have had such a beautiful soul look after me. Wonderful place, highly recommend!
Have had a lot of treatment here over the last few months and all the staff have been amazing. But my biggest fear was having a injection into my leg tendon. But the doctor was absolutely brilliant, and cant fault anything he done. He had a brilliant sense of humour and that helped me relax. They also don't rush you in and out. They let me take my time finding my feet and even got me a hot chocolate. The hospital itself is more like a 5☆ hotel rather than a hospital. Highly recommend.
Roseanne was brilliant doing my ears that where blocked today, first class service!
Had a operation today on my knee, I can't thank all the staff enough. They were all so good, couldn't do enough for me. Highly recommended.
I saw the spinal surgeon Mr. John Norris at Haywards Heath Nuffield Hospital. I found the whole experience to be negative. He was patronising, unsympathetic and impatient and couldn’t wait to show me the door when my time was up even though he was late starting.
