Absolutely agree with the previous comments that have been made. I am trying to phone but nobody bothers to answers, the such a poor service.

Just deliver the post, also when you are open 07:00-09:00 Monday - Friday (Excluding Wednesday) it's NO help for anyone let alone key workers. For a town the size of Haywards Heath this is useless, not in the least because if you knock on the door in the first place I wouldn't have to be there. Even Hermes beat Royal Mail, and they are awful!

My parcel was tracked to their depot when it failed to be delivered on the 14 September, I called at 8am on 15th as I had a Sky engineer calling that day to install the Q Box. Totally incompetent and not customer friendly!! Still don’t know where my parcel is and they are closed today! You don’t expect this from Royal Mail ! Quite disgusting service!

7-9am is a rediculously short time to open to collect a package - Covid 19 is just an excuse for poor service - is Covid any less contagious between 7-9am than other hours of the day - no excuse not to stay open longer!

Would never answer the phone. Such a useless office. They say they are open online, but would be closed, there won't be any notice on the door either. Irresponsible people work there.
