We came to visit our father in law and tried to go to the restaurant/pub on site, we was advised they are fully booked and couldn’t accommodate us, which would of been fine if there wasn’t only 3 tables that was ordering food, and two of those tables was couples, we felt really disappointed as we’ve ate here before and we really enjoyed it. Another couple was shocked too and walked off, it was so disappointing, I’ve ran public houses myself and couldn’t quite understand how they could be fully booked, there was our table of 5 along with another family that was only drinking, so in all 5 tables taken and 3 was eating, they need to sort staffing out or at least understand you shouldn’t turn orders away for a bit of extra work.
Recently purchased a holiday home here and take delivery on Friday, the service we have received so far has been amazing. site is very well maintained and Martyn has been a credit to the company. We are looking forward to many years of good memories. Everyone we have spoken to has been very helpful and nothing has been to much trouble. We got a fair deal and if all goes as well as it has so far will look to upgrade to a lodge in the future. Or maybe purchasing another home at one of there other sites if the standards are as high as they are at Malvern View

WiFi isn't amazing, but that is the only real downside.
