Had the makings of a good site but, traffic noise was quite loud, plus the wardens were not on the ball regarding pitching rules. See photo, noting how far the caravan is from the pitch marker, won’t be going again. Oh, and the local bus service does NOT allow dogs, never encountered that before.
Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Nestled on different levels with easy access to footpaths leading through the woods or onto the downs. Great views whichever way you walk. Be wary of crossing the road. Very dog friendly. Reasonably priced despite the lack of facilities.
The Caravan club site is well kept .There are no toilets/showers here.The pitches can be a bit small for larger outfits.There is some road noise .
Nice walks across the downs.Within walking distance of Lower Brockhamptom NT a moated house. The site situated between Worcester and Hereford there us a bus stop right outside the site but The service is not very good.Mon- Fri every 2 hours.Saturday the bus to Hereford leaves at 1108 hrs from the site but you have to return on the 1408bus back from Hereford. The nearest village is Bromyard which is a 40minute walk away and has a Supermarket and local independent shops
Lovely site, well kept, didn't see much of the wardens, mainly because of the heavy rain. Would go again.
Friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings with glades in woods. Even on a hardstanding it is difficult to level the motorhome, which is a shame.
