Everything seemed to be fine and we were well accommodated initially. Bell tent was nice, clean sheets etc. However in the middle of the night our carbon monoxide alarm went off, which is obviously a bit concerning. Turned it off as perhaps it was a one off, however it persisted. Called Stef on emergency number who told us to replace the battery (which was provided) and to vent the Bell tent which we did. Alarm continued to sound, therefore we were not comfortable staying in the tent. Called Stef again, and his solution was to just take the battery out and go back to sleep, and he couldn't offer a different tent as they were fully booked. He then asked not to call him again as he had be up at 4am - how unfortunate for him. So with a tent potentially leaking carbon monoxide, we decided not to risk just 'taking the battery out' and went home. Stef has since said that there was no safety risk as the fire had gone out... That may be, meaning a faulty alarm, which isn't safe either, although he checked it before our arrival and said it was working fine... So on the surface it might look nice and is a quirky alternative to a hotel, but underneath, shocking customer service from someone who is more concerned about his sleep than the safety of his customers.

Stayed in a yurt and had a lovely time! Toilet block was nice and close without being too close. the yurts are in their own area, so nice and peaceful.

We had a magical night in the Bell tents, we walked the Malvern and managed to pick up a night's accommodation for £35. Very good value. The sheets were clean, upon arrival we were greeted by someone to show us around. The tent had fairly lights, a 240v electric socket for phone chargers etc, and a wood stove! Free parking. Toilets and shower we're almost spotless, and the communal BBQ area was great! As long as you can Bear Ghrylls a fire together. We will DEFINITELY BE BACK!

If you're looking for holiday to make memories with you family, look no further. I stayed at Worcester Glamping as a guest at a wedding (which was in the fabulous Worcester Glamping Marquee) and we hired the site exclusively for a family get together. The site has it all! It's easy to get to, has all the amenities you'd need (even for small children, of which we had 2) and is an all round enjoyable experience. The yurts are finished beautifully and the beds are extremely comfortable. Being in nature but not having to battle a blowup bed is the dream. Highly recommend popping to their other farm to grab some Bennetts ice cream for the full experience, you won't regret it! Thank you for having us. We will be back again ASAP!
