Staff very friendly and helpful...didn't make us feel bad for attending during the covid crisis....
I would just like to say a big THANK YOU to Miss Sen, having recently been in her care for minor procedure. Professional, polite and treated me with great respect and understanding. Also to Staff nurse Hayley ( hope I got this right), who also was excellent in her duties. My brief experience in visiting POWCH, was a positive one, finding everyone friendly and helpful. Thankyou, your kindness was much appreciated.
What a brilliant place. First time I had visited and the staff were friendly, excellent care and I was in and out in just over an hour - including having an x-ray. There should be more of these types of hospitals, I cannot commend it highly enough. Thank you to everyone I came across, Reception staff, Nurse Practitioner and X-Ray department.
Excellent care from all the team in the Breast Unit. They were extremely kind and helpful, answered all my questions fully, and made me s cup of coffee before I left..! I appreciated their consideration more than I can say.
