Dreadful place to get in touch with. It is impossible to contact them to make an appointment. Whenever I visit there seem ample reception staff but whenever I have to telephone them they never answer the phone. For the last two weeks I have made over a dozen calls and spent over ten minutes on hold for each and not one time have they answered. The GPs vary from very good to a few who don't seem interested but generally they do favour toward the good. Its just a shame the practice is so poorly managed on the administration side.

Surgery are not taking calls at all now. Nobody on reception knows what's going on. My regular prescription wasn't filled. No reason given. No way of asking. My husband is waiting for test results. Same problem. Nobody is answering the phone. Very worried.

Like another post, spent ages on phone just to give up yesterday. (Phoning on behalf of my elderly mother). Know Covid has changed things a lot but have experienced problems with the surgery in the past years with calls not being answered. Wanted to know if certain treatments were being undertaken. Had phoned the district nurses to find out and they said to ask the surgery if it was possible for them to do it. Sent out an email asking the question, and 24 hrs later have still not had a response either by email or telephone call. Glad I moved doctors over 24 years ago because of moving districts because the service here, especially regarding their elderly patients is not up to standard.

Called between 8am and 9 am. Tried a few times as it was engaged. Got through after a short wait on hold. Receptionist very helpful .

I have spent 35 minutes dialing and re dialing this doctors surgery using all options and no one answers the phone for anything yet they have four people standing around on the stairs doing nothing and no one to answer the phones. Waste of time!!! Might be better to be funeral directors because you could die before they pick up the phone!
