After years of terrible treatment at a nearby surgery, I transferred to Hollymoor and couldn't be more thrilled with the kind, caring, professional and thorough service provided at this practice. From the receptionists, to the nurses and drs, everyone that I have had contact with are pleasant and go way beyond anything I expected from last experiences. I finally feel safe and comfortable, as you should when it comes to people who are meant to help with your health. Wonderful service! Thank you

Booking appointments can be improved by doing the following: ●Online service would be great, rather than going in at 8 a.m ●An alert suggestion if someone cancels their appointment for you to take it. ●Placing a calling system to confirm with the person who booked and a reminder 4 hrs before the appointment. ♡Otherwise, everything is good, Dr Pasha is very helpful and usually listens to what you experience and treats you with relevant tests and refers you accordingly. ♡Pharmacy is next door too so easy to take your medication if you got prescribed one. ♡The phlebotomy nurses that take your blood for testing are very nice, cheerful and welcoming....makes the process of taking blood seemless.

I would like to say that Deb is the most kind, caring and helpful receptionist at Hollymoor Medical Centre. She always tried her best to sort any problem I have and gives me confidence, as she always completes everything she says she would. Thanks Deb so much.

I had my daughter booked in by 111 for a within a 2 hour call bk they said would call 3.10. Then said running late but would call . Guess what now my daughter has has no call bk with shortness of breath . I am a single mom of 3 and my 6 year old has covid . So what am I meant to do ....... disgusting

Shameful service, No emergency contact number, everything farmed out to 111 and 999. No out of hours service. No wonder we are in the mess we are with medical care in this country with practices such as this one not going the extra mile when it is required. I think it is time for a local councillor to look into this practice and the poor service it provides to the local community.
