I had a fantastic experience with Dr Shah. My newborn baby was really unwell. I had no idea what to do. Luckily, Dr Shah saw us last minute and totally put me at ease. He is a not only a brilliant and knowledge doctor, but also very friendly and knows exactly how to reassure you. Would definitely recommend him. The surgery has plenty of parking, which makes it really easy with children and also the surgery itself is large, well spaced out and extremely clean. It's clear it's a well looked after practise.

Dr Shah and the rest of this practice are truly amazing and caring. My family and I have even moved away from the area and still want to go to this practice. The nurses are kind and the Drs take care of you and listen to you. I have NEVER been to a practice like this. Would highly recommend.

I’ve only been with this surgery for a short period, but so far every interaction has been very positive. I’ve had telephone consultations from two doctors so far and both took time to listen, and offer valuable options to help me. I felt very cared for as an individual. I’ve also met with two nurses for blood tests, and despite a needle phobia, both made me feel completely relaxed and at ease, and used good distraction techniques to take my mind away from it - ironically enough, both were painless and over in seconds! Excellent nurses. Overall, this is a fantastic surgery and I couldn’t recommend it enough - thank you all!

Always helpful and brilliant at getting my baby an emergency appointment if and when needed. Dr Shah is our family dr and I can’t recommend him enough. Always takes his time and is amazing with the kids too!

I have always found the service from Dr Shah and the team to be 5 star. Nothing is too much trouble and booking an appointment is really easy. In these challenging times the staff are coping exceptionally well, the video conferencing facility that can be arranged with the Doctors is excellent. Thank you for the care and the continued compassion you are all continuing to provide xxx
