I am very disappointed with this surgery. The doctors are amazing however the reception staff I find very rude. I rang up to get an emergency appointment in the afternoon as I work in the mornings so is not practical for me to call the surgery in the morning. I was told that I would have to ring back in the morning so I questioned if I should ring 111 instead to be seen by someone today. The lady was very rude when telling me she could get me a phone call with a doctor and told me I need to ring in the morning in future. My symptoms were serious and if I had waited until the morning to ‘try’ and get a call back my condition could have got worse. The staff need to learn a little respect in my eyes and be more polite to the patients.

I am becoming increasingly frustrated, I have been poorly for weeks and have to repeatedly ring for an appointment. I have breathing difficulties but unable to get an examination or an asthma review. I understand things are difficult right now but I cannot be the only person needing medical help. They diagnosed me with asthma, I queried it. Doctor Yasir was horrified I questioned her. I had lung cancer you missed it. SHAME ON YOU I'M NOW INCURABLE

Just wanted to say doctor lee is the best doctor I have ever seen, I have seen him for many years and he always has time for you, he let's you speak and he is very knowledgeable, my daughter has lived in London for 4 years and her biggest fear was getting a doctor as good as Doctor lee when she eventually found one her words were I have have found a female version of doctor lee.

I’ve been registered here for 14 years and I have always had fantastic service, from the receptionist, nurses, my Doctor, obviously, but also on occasions when I have needed to see other doctors for specialist reasons, I have always received excellent treatment. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this practice.

Tried to get an appointment this morning regarding a mental health issue, I couldn’t get passed the rude receptionist. I don’t like going to the doctors as it is ( past experience here was not good, with doctor sat with his feet up picking his shoe showing lack of interest in me) I’m now at a loss. I feel so despondent about this practice. I will be definitely moving to another surgery.
