I have been using this post office for years and Sonya delivers very good customer service. I always leave with a happy smile...it's amazing. The quality of the service is fantastic. I'd give more than 10 stars if it were available. I recommend it fully... :)

Would give it -5 stars if I was allowed. This post office has been closed for well over a week with no warning or notice and zero information when or if it will reopen. Parcelforce have been repeatedly attempting to deliver a parcel to this branch with zero success. Absolutely shockingly disgusting service. May as well close it down forever and use Rubery or Bristol Road South.

Opening times not very reliable - when closed unexpectedly a sign on door would be a good idea to let customers know when it's open again, but when open they are very friendly and most helpful

Not been open this week. Been twice and shutters now and closed. Nothing on door saying when its going to be open. Need the post office.
