Apparently this branch cannot process click and drop parcels despite the Charford Road branch being able to do so with no issues and also being a smaller branch!

The old balding man who works in the post office may want to consider retirement or a career change as he is the most miserable and unhelpful person I’ve ever met

I have never known such rude customer service in my life. Spiteful, nasty rude workers who make rude comments and gestures at customers. Aggressively shove parcels at young customers. Obviously hate their job and want to blame the customers. This happens every time I go into this post office and quite frankly, it’s disgusting. Save your dignity and go to the Charford post office a few miles away.

Lovely old building, very traditional post office experience. Queue can get big but often enough staff on to manage and they are friendly enough. Currency exchange pretty good too.
