Absolutely rubbish service.just do 2 hours in all day work.parcel is not arrived i don't know when delivery driver come and throw the receipt and go away.i m still waiting for collect.they work only 2 hours in all day it is a sh""i hope they lose in their company.dpd are excellent company recommended to everyone to go through with them.and not going use royal mail.

Who ever does the deliveries in walkwood redditch should be sacked. Not once have they knocked the door about my parcels. They just dump it in the Bush outside not matter if it's raining or not. Sometimes they dont even leave the van and just take it back to the depot. Someone is always at home. They are just lazy. Cant even be bothered to ring the doorbell. Never had this problem in Birmingham.
