I would highly recommend this small cosy site, is very very clean and tidy .Ian and Path are lovely professional and informative and hard working . We woke up every morning with birds singing above our caravan and we loved it. We will most definitely visit again and again ,because start feel like second home.Thank you both Path and Ian for the great atmosphere !
Helicopter noise and fumes all day.
We used this site as a stopover while traveling North as it is only 10/15 minutes away from the M25/M40 junction, and would be happy to use it again in the future. It is a fairly small typical Caravan Club site with well maintained facilities and mainly hard standing pitches. There is some noise from the small aerodrome over the road but this is compensated for by the small nature reserve which borders the site, giving better than average dog walking opportunities. There are a range of takeaways and restaurants in the area if you fancy a lazy evening after a day of traveling.
Lovely, friendly site with good facilities and a nature reserve right next door. Had a great nights sleep and even though the airfield is quite close it's mostly light aircraft and helicopter noise - not terrible and a lot better than being close to a main road!
All in all my dog and I have really enjoyed our stopover.
Pleasant little site. Nice wardens.
