Have continuously kept me waiting for 30 + minutes for years then have the cheek to cancel or delay my appointment when in 2 mins over the clock. Cheeky gits. i'm usually 10 mins early as well. Your practice manager needs a kick in the back side why are waiting times so bloody long i've waited less in third world countries!
Friendly staff and always very helpful, always been treated with respect and easy to get an emergency call appointment. Thanks for your hard work, especially in this difficult times
First visit today as a new patient. So impressed by the receptionist. The most helpful, cheerful and courteous doctors receptionist I have ever come across(and at 72 I have met a fair few). The doctor impressed also; welcoming not rushing one, giving clear ,concise advice....just brilliant.
Awful surgery, been in pain for 3 months, seen a nurses that rushed me and told me to talk about it I would need a longer appointment with a dr, booked an appointment with a dr and again rushed and wouldn’t let me finish as he stood up and opened the door as if to say times up now leave, I was 8 mins late for another appointment for bloods all to do with same thing and refused to see me even though the reason I was late was due to the problem I’ve been twice for which they were testing for, guess I will just have to pray I get better as no further appointments have been made. Double standards as 9 out of 10 times I’ve been it’s me waiting an hour because they are late.
Very often late with appointments and turn you away if even 5 minutes late yourself. Only saving grace is that the doctors are very good and thorough. Can't have quick and good I guess.
