I wish I can give 0. Impossible to reach them and when I was asked to go to see a doctor ( only if you insist) I was waiting for good 10 minutes outside the door with both receptionists at their desk as I could see them at their desk and not being on the phone. If you call after 11am no chance they will even pick up the phone. Tried like 10 times today for example and no luck. Avoid, avoid and avoid registering here.

Only reason I'm giving a 2 is because I did get my jab. Admittedly I got the Meningitis jab after Christmas but I took a bit to settle in at University and actually forgot I even registered to here in the first week. I'd tried at home then remembered. I popped in and asked if it was possible to book to have the jab. No issues there. But when I came in for said jab the lady who gave it to me was too scathing... For no real reason. I explained and showed her my appointment slip. She seemed confused on why I wanted it now freshers was over. I've been told to get it even if it's late by lecturers and friends. I tried to ignore how much she was going on about how I could have got it sooner and how it wasn't important anymore. What really annoyed me was she honestly did a 180 when I said I didn't realise its importance initially.. She essentially scolded me for being 'nonchalant' about it. She seemed not bothered about actually giving me what I came in for initially as well.. She didn't even know why I was there (assumed it was a check in my medication or something). I dislike needles immensely but I've been encouraged to get it regardless of it being late. To go into a clinic to just be scolded in this patronising tone (and injected with a needle) left me in a terrible mood the whole day... My mum and friends were furious too 😂 I'm keeping to my home doctor's thank you.

Doctor dose not listen at all takes no notice of what you say dose what they want very poor doctor

All the staff are great and help you as much as possible. Note though that you need to be there ten minutes before your appointment to sign in. This isn't a walk in drs anymore.
