My daughter was born at the Meadow Birth Centre in 2015. I cannot say enough good things about it. Everything about the place is fantastic, and the staff actually made the birth as pleasant an experience as it could be. To anyone considering having their child here; you will be in the safest, most caring hands. I will always be grateful.
Came here with my 15 year old daughter, who had been very ill the last few weeks.
They looked after us, assured us, kept us informed and did all the tests so fast.
The nurses and staff were friendly, kind and they even accommodated me so I can stay with my daughter.
Thankyou to everyone on the Riverbank Ward you guys are great.

The care is excellent BUT the different departments don't talk to each other and they certainly don't talk to relatives or next of kin. We have been passed from pillar to post enquiring about my mother's treatment. If you do change people's ward, it would be nice to let us know, rather than put the phone down or transfer to another dept when we ring. Also it would be nice to actually follow the cancer pathway and allow the family to visit a dying relative.
I have had 2 grandparents and my father die at Worcester, I'm hoping that my Mum is allowed to come home to die away from that awful place
The staff are very helpful and as good atmosphere . Now the car park as been redone it a lot better parking for disabled people.
I would recommend everyone to record they conversation with the doctors and nurses. Very unprofessional and rude staff. First doctor made bad diagnosis and when returned on second time all nurses was complaining why I return. Eventually second doctor see me and other doctor find the problem but was also complaining and saying that hospital is open 24 hours for everyone but at the site time is not.
It was 2am in the morning fever over 40 cannot drop it and they telling me to go to GP...
