In a panic early hours this morning with water leaking through from my attic, after booking a plumber he was here in no time and managed to stop the leak and repair, the plumber was polite and courteous I will definitely use again. Prompt Service very happy. leaving this on behalf of my grandmother who needed help this morning she lives in newport. thanks again and keep safe
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Called on behalf of a Disabled client about an emergency plumbing issue and they hung up very abrubtly.
Have not seen such unprofessionalism such as this in all my years and these people should be ashamed of themselves. No customer services skills whatsoever especially in the time of a worldwide pandemic.
Called late last night at around 3 am with a water leak. Had a plumber within the hour. Fast and very friendly
WARNING This plumber is listed as registered to our private residential Bristol Address which they have no rights or connection to. When called and asked where they are located they hung up and refused to answer the phone again.
Please do not trust this plumber. They are registered at at an unauthorised address that they have never lived at (the property has been in our ownership for over 40 years and they have never been a tenant). We are in the process of reporting them to trading standards as they have been ignoring our calls.
