Absolutely superb.
Fast response even though it wasn't an emergency and great communication.
Chris turned up singing, unblocked my drain which was a tricky job and stank, but he continued to sing throughout and sorted the problem in 30 minutes.
Reasonable price too so very happy and would definitely recommend.

I rang Drainrod early Saturday morning. They were very helpful and arranged a visit early afternoon. The engineer was very efficient and the service was very good. Within 15 minutes he had cleared the blockage for me . First class service and not expensive . Would highly recommend this company and will defiantly use them in future.

Chris you absolute legend! This guy came out and fixed an issue with my blocked toilet within 10 minutes! I had Welsh Water and another company who I shall not mention that completely mugged us off and tried telling me I had a collapsed pipe. They were jetting the main line rather then my actual line which Chris pointed out. Can’t fault this mans service absolute credit to the team, thanks again!!!!
