Unfair comments about staff, they are always pleasant and helpful. The biggest issue is the lack of staff available at any one time. Several times I have been and only 1 post office worker available who has to also control the self service machines (but still pleasant )

I have to ise this post office every Monday without fail. I have no other option. I know they are quite busy at times However they need more staff to deal with the amount of customers. I loose on average 1 .1/2hrs every week away from my business which should be a task that take 20mins max.

Need a better system. Whenever I want to go to this post office the queue is always massive and generally puts me off going here.

Seriously, the staff here are rude and ignore you! And when they do speak to you, they CLEARLY do not want to be there. Terrible. I saw one girl (your employee) being extremely blunt and uncaring to an elderly lady. Really upset me to witness this. The poor woman. You need to do some serious work around workplace culture and acceptable standards....

In line with most other customers experiences, this is a truly shocking place. Whereas, some of the staff are decent people doing their job under difficult circumstances, some of the others are downright rude and obnoxious. How they ever ended up in a customer facing role is beyond me, the sense of entitlement displayed is staggering. I get the general impression that no one wants to work here, so some of the existing staff are allowed to get away with their appalling attitude. Avoid if you possibly can, but if you have to use this dire service. be prepared for a circa twenty minute wait whatever you are doing.
