Ombersley Road Post Office

The other reviews with the negative comments must have done something. I have been to the post office on numerous occasions. The woman behind the counter knows her job and is very polite. She helped me with a parcel one time with no arguments or anything like that. So rating my local post office a 5!

Utterly abhorrent. Having used this post office quite a few times since I recently moved to the area (I have been selling some of my most precious possessions on eBay due to being in desperate need of money), I had become accustomed to the depressing level of "service" provided by one of the women working behind the counter. She is consistently miserable and has the polar opposite of a "happy to help, can-do" attitude. Although highly unpleasant but tolerable, I try not to cast harsh judgement on people when you don't know them. Perhaps she's just a lost soul at the moment, whom knows. HOWEVER this was until I had the misfortune of being served by the other lady behind the counter for the first (and will be last) time. She managed to usurp the grump factor and coldness of lady 1, with an additional treat of a palpable air of smug superiority. That day I had two eBay packages to send, both of which happened to be bracelets with one being of significantly high value. Now I am not throwing out accusations, but guess which bracelet was delivered with no problem and which has now mysteriously been lost in the ether? It didn't even make it to the Worcester sorting office, I called and they confirmed it using it's tracking number. Again, I am not saying a crime was committed, but isn't it pertinently odd that only one of my packages "got lost" and it happened to be the one of high value (and high sentimental value too, as said prior I was only selling it because I needed the money, which obviously I will now have to repay and I have lost my beloved LV bracelet, a gift from my late Father). There were only 2 people on Planet Earth that knew the precise contents and worth of those packages, myself and evil lady number 2. You can formulate your own assumptions from that. In the meantime I shall be making a formal complaint, hoping that karma does exist, and possibly manifesting positive thoughts for the young bloke who works behind the counter there because whilst polite he seriously looks on the cusp of a mental breakdown having to work in such an evil establishment. In summary, just stay far far away from this place I beg of you. Unless you enjoy being traumatised of course, then 100% go for it.

The staff at Ombersley Road are always very helpful, even with tricky enquiries. Convenient parking right outside too!

Worst post office ever. Staff are so rude

Rude, bordering on aggressive service from the owner. There really is no need to behave in such a way to another human being.
