and of course all of the medical team, I have always been treated with courtesy, kindness and understanding.

There’s no waiting system when you try to call them. Phone service mostly just says user busy. It’s a hit and miss. You just have to keep calling again and again hoping and praying the call goes through and you can actually get an appointment. It’s quite frustrating.
Couldn’t fault this place. Lovely community feel, and very good doctors. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way To help when I needed specific advice and prescription.
The Reception staff here are not only thorough and efficient, but also courteous and helpful.
Always good service. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Our own experience of this surgery is that the doctors and staff are committed, professional and hardworking. This is a very busy clinic. The demand from new patients wanting to register is obviously very apparent from those who live in the area. Very professional and fast at responding ... Good service and kind people working there.
Never had problems booking an appointment when I required one. Never more than a couple of minutes late, usually on time, sometimes early. Very helpful, supportive, giving good advice
