Dealing with an urgent family matter and being spoken to by a receptionist as if I am the dirt on her shoe, for asking a question, is not the kind of service or treatment anyone should have to deal with. I suggest you teach your less experienced team members manners and respect.

Sorry to say but this surgery is a complete joke you have to start ringing and 10 to 8 in the morning to try and get an appointment but by the time you get through all the appointments have gone not happy

No matter how serious is ones medical condition, patients are always given nurse appointments. Surgery may be busy, that shouldn't be the reason to deny medical attention for patients in distress.
