GREEDY!! They have recently been quoting £195 for a Covid test and the same for an antibody test. None of the local pharmacies had Covid tests so I guess they can name their price, yet most of the local pharmacies had antibody tests available between £60 to £65. When I put this to them, their response was "well that is what we charge and you can go elsewhere if you are not happy". I have no issue in paying for a service or the fair market price, especially at a time of scarcity, but these guys are clealry taking advanatage and cashing in given the threefold price disparity. It is disappointing to see such a needlessly profiteering attitude during a time of crisis. Not a great memeber of the community and I certainly will not use their services and suggest you bear this behaviour in mind before considering them in the future.

Used to be a decent service but greed has taken over with exorbitant prices for a poor service.

After already having had an appointment with my mum’s regular doctor her condition worsened and I was recommended to Doctor Now. They saw her immediately even though they were fully booked.
