I went here due to a cut finger to find that I was miss treated I had to go a&e where I find my finger got infected and now have to have surgery due to the doctor gluing my finger what cause the cut to get worse. I've now got nerve and tendon damage due to this. I think this place need to make sure their doctors are actually trained they made a mess of my treatment and now I've got to live with a life changing condition with no feeling in my hand due to this treatment

My daughter has went there a couple times and they dont tell her anything and you sit there 4 to 5 hrs

Turned up out of hours and asked for guidance from a female assistant to find a particualr building, and in reponse all we got was a simple "No, we closed". Disgusting for a medical practice, and exceptionally rude for first time impressions

I went for walk-in centre. Once I was seen in 20 mins, next time it took nearly 2 hours. Doctors were good and the treatment was right.

Long waiting time I was told my appointment was at 10.30 when I got there I was told it’s a 3hour wait
