I have only just arrived in England a couple of weeks ago. From the day I went over to the Chapel Medical Centre to register, all staff members have been extremely helpful.
The Covid-19 related measures are being followed impeccably, every single staff member I’ve met so far has been very professional.

Very helpful, and hard working staff. My last experience was while giving a blood sample and Ms Athwal did it very nicely along with my recommended flu shots. Truly thankful for the team working so hard during these challenging times. I wish them a safe and healthy environment going ahead.
Excellent care by Kiran the pharmacist. She gave my mother in law a call for a review, was extremely caring, understanding took time to answer all her questions and made her feel at ease. She helped ensure my mother in law knew what all her medicines were for and helped make sure she was taking them correctly and wasn’t experiencing any side effects. Never really heard of this level of service being offered before. Extremely impressed and very knowledgeable!
The Chapel Medical Centre has been professional and caring to me over the past years. They are patient, polite and dedicated to the individual patient. Special mention goes to Dr. S. Majid who has that personal touch! She fully explains what she is doing, why and what she expects as the outcome. She explores all options. Honestly I feel confident of my treatment when in her hands. Thank you all for your dedication to your profession.
I had a satisfactory appointment with Dr Coleman today who was very thorough and was very informative about my illness , I now have a greater understanding of the enormity of my ailment. With this knowledge I can now plan how to prolong my symptoms and have a better quality of life .
