No sanitizing gel or any alcohol solution to clean one’s hands before entering and after leaving the facility. Waited 20 minutes in a queue only to be told that I cannot buy stamps and send a letter there. At least put a big sign in front so people can know not to waste their time.

I’m surprised to see so many negative comments. I had an excellent experience with these guys and they truly went an extra mile for me to ensure I get my parcel. I spoke to two staff members and both of them went out of their way to ensure that my parcel (which was a present for someone, this item was last in stock so if I missed this delivery the item would have been returned back to the warehouse and there would be no way I could get it back) is delivered to me despite the fact that one line of address was missing on my parcel. Thank you so much Royal Mail Slough staff.

Awful service!!!! They attempted to deliver my parcels (I WAS AT HOME!) and didn’t even knock on the door. They left a note saying that my parcels is at a neighbor, without mentioning WHICH neighbor! I have checked with all of my neighbor and nobody has ig. So I have now lost some very important documentations and I need to pay £25 to get them re send to me! This is outrageous! extremely poor customer service. Needless to say I’m gutted having to pay for Royal Mail’ mistake !

I had paid extra for 'Royal mail special delivery by 1 PM' and stayed back at home as the delivery was extremely important. I had to travel to a place and decided to take a cab instead of public transport just so that I stay at home and accept my parcel. Looks like the Royal mail driver had other plans.The driver didn't even have the courtesy to ring my flat's intercom. In fact, the driver shamelessly left the 'Something for you' card in my post box WITHOUT even attempting to deliver. What is the point of charging for 'Special Delivery' and providing this below average horrible service. I even ran to their collection centre where they told me that since the driver is still out, my item has not yet arrived and I can only collect it the next day or arrange for a redelivery 2 days later. This is not the first time Royal Mail has been unprofessional and it won't be the last time either. Waste of money and waste of time!

Very bad service and when they come to your door, they don't even knock. So you end up having to go to this place where staff have no idea how to track your parcel. Outrageous!!
