The pod and location were wonderful the pod had underfloor heating and was so cozy! We stayed in the "birds" pod and the only downfall was the futon had stains and animal hair on it so next time I would bring a bed sheet instead of just our sleeping bags. Also the futon is very hard so a blow up bed or mat for on top I would recommend! Other than that it was excellent. The private shower/toilet block is brilliant. The goats were very friendly! Great value for money. Would come again!
Spending 2 nights with my wife and 2 young children in a mid-size pod was cosy but comfortable. Only having 6 pods on site meant lots of personal space with stunning views and a large field for the children to play on safely, they also loved feeding the goats and chickens. The site is conveniently placed for site-seeing and only a short drive from convenience shops or eating out. Everything on site is extremely clean and tidy. We will certainly return.
The site is in a fantastic location, the pod itself, was cosy, clean and welcoming and the shower facilities were excellent.
Phil, the owner, was readily available for any queries and came to speak to us when we were leaving.
Would highly recommend.
Brilliant views with excellent hosts. Grassy areas for kids to play and lots of beaches and national trust areas nearby. Great for a family getaway if you love the great outdoors.
This place is the best glamping site I have been too.
Warm pods with firepits out side.
Amazing views.
Goats and chickens for big and little kids to feed. I was gutted when it was time to go home.
