Zero stars, not for you lovely lady.. Open till 12 today only. I do understand your your policy about parcels and ID. But I'm don't understand your opening times and your attitude to "pandemic",. Just wondering how many times you have properly cleaned the door opening switch? In the case the post office cares so much you should do this every customer passing through your door. If you're care, why you putting your customers at risk, this is wrong also don't forget you're there for us not other way!

Went at 8 am advertised time on website last week, advertised time on door.... CLOSED. New time on website 9am. Why keep changing time. Work all week. Sat morning only time I can pick up!

I am a retired teacher and since I will not see my class again I sent the class of 30 five year olds a letter and included a pencil as a token. I spent £20 on stamps and each letter weighed 27g. When a parent told me she was asked to pay £1.60 to receive it I was horrified. I telephoned customer services to complain. The woman was really rude and said it is a large letter. A pencil in an envelope to me does not resemble a large letter. I did not have to hand the Royal Mail little slot with which they evidently test them. I received a large letter today - a paperback book weighing 600g it was a struggle to get through the letter box, but made it. I do consider that to be a large letter. When I became upset and almost crying at the thought that my gesture will just be regarded as an unnecessary expense to me and parents, the customer services woman put the phone down.

They dont deserve one star . Had to put one to do a Review. Got 3 delivery parcel cards through my door and only one is for my address.cant find a number to phone . terrible service.
