Location, location, location
Nice site and location but grounds wet as it's hilly. Village interesting and lots of history. Recommend Pennington Hotel for food
Really nice site, facilities closed at the moment but look good, clean and well maintained public loo a short walk if you don't want to go in your van.
Pitches all quite level and nicely laid out on sloping site, staff very nice and loaned is an extension as it's came up short.
Nice site near the train line best way to get around if you have no car
Quiet site off the beaten track but convenient for the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway and walks into the hills or along the coast. Facilities currently closed except for dish washing and emptying points for caravans and motorhomes due to the current situation.
