Even with the current Tier restrictions still a great place for a break. Very festive and child orientated. The light show was brilliant. Having time slots for the swimming centre is a great idea as it cuts down queues and allows more space in the pools area.

Should have been there now, have gone every year for years, lockdown put a stop to one of the best holidays for my family. The lodges are perfect, the water park is amazing. Don't see the kids for hours while we sit and relax at the pool side or in the fabulous cabanas. Been there every January and a couple of times in May. The wildlife is fascinating to watch through the patio doors. Birds I've never seen anywhere else. Red squirrels come up for the nuts we put out. Kids all love that they can ride their hire bikes safely and although such a massive place there are signs everywhere to show where to go. Could write a book about it. Fabulous!!!

Great place with or without kids. Once you've paid for your holiday you can completely self cater or go to restaurants. You can spend nothing or an awful lot! Very friendly and restful. Lots of great activities. Very good staff. Excellent lodges. Very clean

We are regular visitors to centreparcs at Whinfell. Things were a little different to normal this year but as usual the customer service has been excellent during a very challenging time. Lots of hygiene measures in place around the park. clearly labelled routes/ instructions everywhere. As always we have had a fantastic few days packed with family fun.

Love this place for some family time away. Well set out for social distancing, good Web booking system for activities, clean lodge, friendly staff. Will definitely be back soon again
