Found this spot on google - probably the best find I’ve ever had on google!! The guys running the place very friendly and happy to chat, the beer is absolutely spot on, I can honestly say I have just found the perfect pint !!
Go see them and get a pint of Bad Kitty you won’t be disappointed
Really hope they get through the horrible COVID times we’re in and they are there the next time I visit Kendal ....
During our visit and considering the situation regarding Covid19 we thought that the service was excellent and Covid distancing arrangements very good adhering to a table service and reasonable one way system to and from the toilet facilities. A good choice of draft ales and keg beers/lagers but no so for draft ciders. It also appeared to have a fair wine choice although we didn't sample this on the night. The independent external 'Street Food' kiosk outside took orders at the kiosk but then served it to the table which was novel but worked well and provides the venue to offer a range of different Street Food choices from different 'kitchens' over the month. Heating and a choice of draft cider would be an improvement. On the whole well worth a visit and we have added to our list of locals of choice
Attentive staff doing their best in these circumstances. A good range of ales, gins and wine. Street food available several times a week.
Best pub in Kendal. Lush beers cosy vibes and great service. Feels very covid safe. Lots of dogs!
Friendly service, nice building with interesting tables! Great selection of beers. Due to Covid restrictions we needed to book a table which was an easy experience.
