Amazing little gem which is dog friendly (we went with 2 mini sausage dogs). The staff are amazing, the food is extremely fresh and desserts are to die for. Good selection of wines also. Absolutely recommended. I will deffo come back when I am in Kendal. Reviewed by a Spanish person, btw.
Wow!
Found this cute little place whilst on the hunt for dog friendly places to eat, we called and they managed to get us in fairly last minute. Writing this review before we have even left because it is too good to wait. The mini plates are brilliant, full of inquisitive flavours and combine really well! The mini desserts are also fantastic, not to mention the service which is really warm and relaxed. Wish you were closer! Thank you 😁
So good.. ate there weds, and was so impressed booked again for Thursday. If you're visiting Kendal don't miss this great little independent restaurant, great service, lovely atmosphere and great imaginative food at a great price.. thank you
Fantastic experience. Amazing flavours and range of dishes. Excellent Cov-19 precautions. The hosts were efficient, friendly and attentive. Thoroughly recommend the pork cheeks. It's very popular so booking a table is recommended- you wont be disappointed. Make sure to leave room for desserts- delicious too
Recommended by Julie and Graham in Hollins Farm - great local suggestion! The atmosphere is lovely and the food is absolutely delicious (couldn't recommend the pork cheek enough). Also they do really tasty mini desserts if you only want a couple of bites of something sweet
