Great atmosphere and great food.
Mini fish and chips was my personal favourite........fish was beautifully battered and cooked to perfection. The so-called smaller portion was absolutely perfect for me and should easily satisfy most appetites without being over-faced, especially if you're fancying a dessert.
My husband had the roast ham salad and raved about the delicious ham........he was absolutely stuffed by the very generous plateful.
No wonder you have to book in advance!!
The Devonshire was a great place to meet up. They had a live comedy night which to be honest was surprisingly good. The bar has plenty of options and I've heard the food is good. I will return
Really good food in a nice setting with a decent selection of drinks. Fairly big pub and dog friendly. Will go again
Top food! Vegan options for the missus. Covid secure! Which seems to be the buzz word of the times. I would love to go back after covid. I would also like to stay and have a few more bevvies if they offer that.
In these dark, dank, dreary covid times, the heated outdoor table and cheery atmosphere of the Devonshire is a tonic. Covid-friendly and a nice menu. Dog friendly also. Thumbs up.
