I cant Express how much I would like 3praise everyone who is part of the establishment everything and everyone was fantastic. Fab enthusiastic atmosphere great food at a ridiculous cheap price and all served in a way that really made a difference to chain pubs. Cheap drinks too so even better..wish I was a closer but will definitely recommend and return whenever possible. Good luck to you all bloody brilliant job done xx

We popped in for food and drinks after a long day at work. We were greeted at the door and all the covid 19 safety procedures were in place. Signing in and ordering was very quick and painless. The food was delicious and worth every penny. We love coming here. It's a clean pub and the staff are very friendly. Will continue to return. Keep ip the good work guys!! ***** 5 Stars

Amazingly well set out to deal with covid. Lovely people running it with great staff, great beer and lovely inexpensive but good food.

The meal was delicious cajun spiced chicken, chips & salad .best price £3.50 .will definitely return .friendly helpful service ,well managed social distancing rules .

The food is excellent the staff are lovely and helpful. Recently under new management this historic pub has been greatly improved because of the young but hard working staff / landlord and landlady. They always make you feel welcome. I wish the brewery would give them a cash injection to bring the interior up to the same standard as the management. It is clean and effort to retain its historical significance is clear. Don't get me wrong it's a lovely pub and not shabby by any means and it's a minor point I'm making regards the décor. Would definitely be my local if I was just a bit closer.
