Terrible surgery. Zero sensitivity from the staff regarding sensitive subjects (tearing open private test results at reception or calling us at work and just giving us results without warning causing anxiety), no human kindness when relaying waiting times for appointments (I understand that they’re under pressure and might require time - but kindness is free and a sarcastic smile and ‘you’ve got no chance of getting in within the next three weeks’ is just hurtful). Just generally poor service and seemingly little understanding of anything other than how to deal with endless lines of pensioners.

Most often kind and caring doctors and staff. Will do their best to treat you abd listen to your worries. We are lucky to be able to get appointments with nurses and doctors within 36 hours if not sooner. Some practices have over a week's waiting time. Ok if you're only feeling slightly ill!

Brilliant doctors, will always get you in to be seen asap or you can ask for a call back from a doctor if its something not as urgent as requiring an appointment

The Practice and its doctors deserve a higher rating than what I have given here, but I wanted to draw attention to their remarkable policy around prescriptions. A person may only be prescribed one month's prescription at a time, which means one must remember to re-order every month, and pay the full prescription amount for only one item (rather than 3-6 months with other Practices). Equally remarkable is the fact that this Practice and its in-house dispensary are both owned by the doctors of this Practice. It irks me that they are profiteering in this manner; they hold all the power. For those of you who baulk at paying per month, having to drive to the Practice per month and having to remember to re-order per month, you should know that you can get your prescriptions for almost half the price and for a period of 6 months from Superdrug's Online Doctor. In writing this review, I hope that the doctors will re-think their 'policies' and adopt a more equi-beneficial policy around prescriptions.
