Was very rude to my wife almost reducing her to tears on the 17/12/2020 just before close at 4pm we will not using your post office again very poor service from a supposedly community P/O in the past the staff have been great. Extremely disappointed because of this incident.

Miserable staff, can stand at counter for postoffice and feel invisible until convenient for them to acknowledge you. Politely ask may i post this envelope and get greeted with would you like to buy a stamp? Then shall i measure it for you? Then shall i put it in my bag? Obviously missed the customer relation course. Ill use little eaton post office in future.
