Some staff members were friendly but a woman in the night shift was rude. Poor customer service at providing bathroom items to our door. No phone in the room. Far away PAID parking. Warm breakfast but no fruits. Breakfast gave us tummy ache. But service from some staff was great. Finding this place on Google street map is difficult. The hotel is clean. Clean rooms and washroom. We had a great deal. Not expensive comparing with others around.
The service was amazing, the staff was so friendly... the room was nice and clean when I arrived at my room, the heating worked and the water was hot like it was supposed to... overall amazing, I would stay there again in the future.
Usual high standard from Premier Inn even in these difficult covid times. Breakfast is a bit different because they serve you everything but the server was excellent. Don't think they could do more to help you feel safe.
Really lovely place to stay in the centre of Chesterfield,easy access to the shops?, the only minor problem is that the front bedrooms have very high windows so you cant actually see anything if you like looking out of windows,but everything else is in the room is great clean and comfortable, we will definitely stay there again 🙂
Fabulous location and a lovely hotel. Cleaned and tidy throughout with welcoming staff. Excellent car park nearby.
