Great for drinking, food a little sub par
Had to wait outside for 15 minutes before we could be seated, which was okay I understand that they were busy as it was a bank holiday. The food was okay but the beef burger was bland and the desert took over an hour and a half to arrive and half way through the wait someone came to ask if we were ready for the dessert we had ordered. I mean just how long can it take to scoop some ice cream. The manager was too pushy for feedback so here's that feedback you wanted so badly, it may not be as good as you expected but it's honest.
Most amazing place I have ever been too! The customer service was amazing from this young man 😊 I will be recommending this place to everyone I know. I could only give this place 5 stars but if I could, I would give it 100 stars due to the great service by this young man Jake.
Food is always incredible here, customer service is spot on too. Don’t pester you too much to see how your meal is and are happy to help where they can. Social distancing is easy with the handy App that lets you order all your food and drinks to your table with ever having to move. Fully recommend to anyone.
Ordered the takeaway service from here tonight, had the scampi and the chicken New Yorker, everything was ready for the pick up time and was all piping hot and really fresh, food was really nice, will definitely go back, made a nice change from a typical greasy takeaway! 2 very happy customers!
