Nice place to stay, right in the center of Castleton. Super friendly and supportive host. Room is clean, well-equipped and has a nice view to the Ridge.
Alan was extremely welcoming and thoroughly pleasant right from enquiry through to departure. Very clean, smart and comfortable room which made for a perfect base for a short break. But overwhelmingly, it was Alan’s friendly and warm welcome that makes this place stand out from the rest. Great value all round and will definitely return! Thanks, James
Great value for money. Hosts are very welcoming and friendly and happy to cater for your needs. Bathroom modern, everywhere is very clean. You only need to walk a few minutes and you have lots of options for eating.. lots of nice country pubs. Good stay.
My wife & I stayed here on a 3 day trip to Castleton and have nothing but great things to say. Alan was very hospitable and the rooms had the perfect small touches (wine glasses, biscuits, milk in the mini fridge, etc.) to make it feel more like home. We will definitely return!
The owner couldn't do enough to help us. Loved it here. We will definitely be staying here again.
