Excellent from start to finish..
We phoned up last minute to try and book Sunday lunch they was able to fit us in which was a good start..
Guy on the phone was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival we was greeted by a warm welcome from the staff.
The service was great food was good and atmosphere relaxed.
All the staff was friendly and made the extra effort like talking to the kids and keeping them involved in the friendly atmosphere.
We would definitely return again in the future and would recommend to anyone..
Lovely food and atmosphere worth a visit
Was here for a Wake,the staff were lovely, very helpful,and the food was excellent! Way more than we needed. Feels wrong to give a rating for a solemn occasion but the staff deserve the credit.
My daughter's wedding reception was held at The Railway. The food was great
& plentiful, the staff were all friendly & went out of their way to help however they could (including preparing a selection of gluten free food for my granddaughter) the DJ ensured the dancing didn't stop & everyone had a brilliant time. The room was dressed for the occasion too, and complimented the bridal colour scheme.
A huge thank you to all at The Railway for everything.
Excellent atmosphere and amazing food. Everything is cooked fresh (even the chips). Can only recommend! It is also very reasonably priced!
